Learning for a Sustainable Future - Resources for Rethinking. This robust site has a bit of an eastern bias but very worth while for lessons, ideas, and natural history. This is organized by subject areas and themes.

 

Cool 2.0 at greenlearning.ca - This site has an education database that focuses more on sustainability education. Search filters enable searching by subject, grade, province, and even language. The site offers lesson plans, videos, research, and collaborative projects.

Leap into Action - This provides a range of lessons and action projects that will get your students' hands dirty and involved in local environmental issues.

 

Bridging the Nations - Published by the Fraser Basin Council, this resource outlines the history and culture of First Nations People in the Fraser River Basin.

 

5 minute Fieldtrips - These outdoor activities are simple to prepare and require few resources.
